CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE.
Fornire allo studente le conoscenze necessarie alla comprensione ed al corretto utilizzo del lessico medico, durante le prime fasi dell’apprendimento professionalizzante e ai fini di un migliore inquadramento clinico dello studio delle discipline pre-cliniche. Nello specifico:

Lo studente dovrà progressivamente imparare ad utilizzare con rigore il linguaggio tecnico ed i termini propri della Medicina nel contesto clinico, acquisendo nel contempo la capacità di tradurre tale lessico in maniera comprensibile ai laici (informazione del paziente; aggiornamento dei familiari prossimi).
2) Consentire allo studente di acquisire le conoscenze fondamentali in ordine al contesto organizzativo in cui avvengono l’incontro con il paziente e l’erogazione dei servizi sanitari, e ai principali strumenti dell’attività del Medico e del Chirurgo.
3) Apprendere le modalità con cui si effettuano le più semplici procedure mediche e chirurgiche, quali determinazione dei parametri vitali, effettuazione di procedure di puntura venosa ed arteriosa, inserimento di cateteri vascolari e vescicali, utilizzo dei dispositivi medici e infermieristici di uso comune.
4) Acquisire la conoscenza di base del metodo clinico, basato sul ragionamento diagnostico, la valutazione anamnestica, l’effettuazione dell’esame obiettivo e la compilazione della cartella clinica ospedaliera e ambulatoriale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE.
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di acquisire le conoscenze fondamentali in ordine al contesto organizzativo in cui avvengono l’incontro con il paziente e l’erogazione dei servizi sanitari, e ai principali strumenti dell’attività del Medico e del Chirurgo.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO.

Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di sviluppare la competenza specifica basata sul ragionamento diagnostico, la valutazione anamnestica, l’effettuazione dell’esame obiettivo e la compilazione della cartella clinica ospedaliera e ambulatoriale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDERE.
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di reperire, valutare e integrare nuove informazioni scientifiche e linee guida nella pratica clinica

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
Provide students with the knowledge necessary for understanding and correctly using medical vocabulary during the early stages of professional learning and for the purpose of better clinical framing of the study of pre-clinical disciplines. Specifically:
1) Provide students with the knowledge necessary for understanding and correctly using medical vocabulary during the early stages of professional learning and for the purpose of better clinical framing of the study of pre-clinical disciplines. The student will gradually have to learn to rigorously use the technical language and terms specific to medicine in the clinical context, while at the same time acquiring the ability to translate this vocabulary in a way that is understandable to lay people (patient information; updating of close family members).
2) Allow students to acquire fundamental knowledge regarding the organizational context in which the patient encounter and the provision of healthcare services take place, and the main tools of the Doctor and Surgeon's activity.
3) Learn how to perform the simplest medical and surgical procedures, such as determining vital signs, performing venous and arterial puncture procedures, inserting vascular and bladder catheters, and using commonly used medical and nursing devices.
4) Acquire basic knowledge of the clinical method, based on diagnostic reasoning, anamnestic assessment, physical examination, and completion of hospital and outpatient medical records.MAKING JUDGEMENTS.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to to perform the simplest medical procedures, such as determining vital parameters, performing venous and arterial puncture procedures, insertion of vascular and bladder catheters, use of commonly used medical and nursing devices.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to Acquire basic knowledge of the clinical method, based on diagnostic reasoning, anamnestic assessment, performance of objective examination and compilation of inpatient and outpatient medical records.
LEARNING SKILLS.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to find, evaluate, and integrate new scientific information and guidelines into clinical practice

Lectures, clinical teaching. To access the profit exam, at least 75% attendance is required

The exam is in written form, The learning test is passed if the student answers at least 6 of the 8 questions correctly. The final eligibility assessment is achieved if eligibility is achieved in all modules of the Integrated Course
