Presentation of Activities for the Quality Assurance of Teaching
The Department ensures the oversight of the Quality Assurance (QA) processes of teaching, in accordance with the ANVUR guidelines and the University system, promoting the continuous improvement of the educational offer and the centrality of the student. The main activities concern the monitoring of teaching indicators, the analysis of student opinions, and the management of reports.
At the Department/School level, the QA system involves the Director, the QA Manager, the Joint Teachers-Students Committee, and the Study Program Councils, in a coordinated action of planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
The activities are implemented in the individual Study Programs, which manage the quality documents and the updating of information on their respective institutional websites.

Ai sensi del DM n. 1154 del 14.10.2021,per i corsi di studio delle professioni sanitarie si è reso necessario individuare un certo numero di figure specialistiche come indicato nel seguito:

Successivamente, con nota MUR prot. 5152/2022, il DD n. 2711 del 22/11/2021 ha meglio specificato le caratteristiche che tali figure devono avere in base alle diverse tipologie ovvero per le Professioni Sanitarie:
- Dirigenti Ospedalieri;
- Professionisti iscritti all’albo degli ordini professionali di riferimento;
- Figure professionali di cui all’articolo 4, comma 5, del Decreto Interministeriale 19 febbraio 2009:
- tutori professionali appositamente formati e assegnati;
- docenti coordinatori (già nominati con DR n. 75/2022).
La succitata nota chiarisce inoltre che tali figure specialistiche devono svolgere attività formativa nell’ambito del Corso di Studi per il quale sono stati individuati, prevalentemente nel tirocinio curriculare, nelle attività laboratoriali e nelle attività caratterizzanti.

Pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 1154 of 10.14.2021, for the study courses of the health professions it has become necessary to identify a certain number of specialist figures as indicated below:

Subsequently, with MUR note prot. 5152/2022, DD no. 2711 of 11/22/2021 specified the characteristics that these figures must have based on the different typologies, that is, for the Health Professions they must be:
- Medical Directors;
- Professionals registered at the relevant professional board orders;
- Professional figures referred to in Article 4, paragraph 5, of the Interministerial Decree of February 19, 2009;
- Specially trained and assigned professional tutors;
- Coordinating teachers (already appointed with DR no. 75/2022).
The aforementioned note also clarifies that these Specialists must carry out training activities within the Course of Studies for which they have been identified, mainly in the curricular internship, in laboratory activities and in characterizing activities.

La Commissione paritetica Docenti - Studenti svolge attività di monitoraggio dell’offerta formativa e della qualità della didattica, nonché dell’attività di servizio agli studenti da parte dei docenti, compresi l’orientamento, il tutoraggio e il placement. Per i Dipartimenti di Area medica, tale Commissione è gestita dalla Scuola di Medicina.
The Joint Teachers - Students Commission carries out monitoring activities of the training offer and the quality of teaching, as well as the service activities carried out by teachers to students, including orientation, tutoring and placement. For the Medical Area Departments, this Commission is managed by the School of Medicine.
Con D.P. n. 9 del 30/05/2024 sono stati nominati i rappresentanti dei docenti e degli studenti nella Commissione, che rimarranno in carica fino al 30/05/2026.

Comitato di indirizzo / Steering Committee
Il Comitato di Indirizzo del CdL in Nursing è un organismo consultivo e di supporto che ha il compito di garantire la coerenza e la qualità del percorso formativo offerto. Le principali funzioni sono di:
- stabilire e aggiornare gli obiettivi formativi del corso, assicurando che siano in linea con le esigenze del mercato del lavoro e le normative vigenti in un’ottica di continuo aggiornamento e definizione dell’offerta formativa;
- monitorare e valutare la qualità del corso di laurea, proponendo eventuali miglioramenti e innovazioni nel curriculum; favorire il dialogo tra l'università e le strutture sanitarie, garantendo che il percorso formativo risponda alle reali necessità del settore infermieristico;
- fornire suggerimenti e indicazioni per l'organizzazione delle attività didattiche, inclusi tirocini e stage, per garantire un'esperienza formativa completa e pratica;
- stimolare e supportare attività di ricerca nel campo dell'infermieristica, incoraggiando la collaborazione tra docenti e professionisti.
Pertanto, il comitato di indirizzo svolge un ruolo cruciale nel garantire che il Corso di Laurea in Nursing sia all'avanguardia, rispondendo alle sfide del settore sanitario e formando professionisti della salute competenti e preparati.
Il Comitato di indirizzo consente al CdL una continua interlocuzione con gli stakeholders per un monitoraggio costante degli sbocchi professionali e occupazionali previsti per i laureati.
Il Comitato di Indirizzo di Nursing è composto da rappresentanti del mondo accademico, professionisti del settore sanitario, studenti e, talvolta, membri di enti e istituzioni esterne.
Mediante il Comitato di indirizzo il CdS garantisce una costante interazione con gli stakeholders per un assiduo monitoraggio degli sbocchi professionali e occupazionali previsti per i laureati, dei fabbisogni formativi e dei risultati di apprendimento.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee of the Degree Course in Nursing is a consultative and support body that has the task of ensuring the coherence and quality of the training program offered. Its main functions are to:
- establish and update the training objectives of the course, ensuring that they are in line with the needs of the labor market and current regulations with a view to continuously updating and defining the training offer;
- monitor and evaluate the quality of the degree course, proposing any improvements and innovations in the curriculum; promote dialogue between the university and healthcare facilities, ensuring that the training program responds to the real needs of the nursing sector;
- provide suggestions and guidance for the organization of teaching activities, including internships and placements, to ensure a complete and practical training experience;
- stimulate and support research activities in the field of nursing, encouraging collaboration between teachers and professionals.
Therefore, the steering committee plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Degree Course in Nursing is at the forefront, responding to the challenges of the healthcare sector and training competent and well-prepared healthcare professionals.
The Steering Committee allows the Degree Course to have continuous dialogue with stakeholders for constant monitoring of the professional and employment opportunities expected for graduates.
The Nursing Steering Committee is composed of representatives of the academic world, healthcare professionals, students and, sometimes, members of external bodies and institutions.
Through the Steering Committee, the Degree Course guarantees constant interaction with stakeholders for assiduous monitoring of the professional and employment opportunities expected for graduates, training needs and learning outcomes.

The internship consists of a period of job orientation and training that is in no way configured as a subordinate employment relationship.
The internship represents a real filter with the aim of promoting learning and training and a first contact with the world of work, enriching one's knowledge base.
